Welcome to The Experience
The Experience is a faith-based NGO founded by Lilian Adeiwa with one clear focus: to see teenagers and young adults grow into whole, purpose-driven individuals.
We believe that true transformation goes beyond one part of life. A young person is not just a student, a professional, or a believer; they are all of these and more. That’s why our approach is holistic, helping individuals grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and professionally, while also addressing practical needs like education, skills, and community support.

To empower teens and young adults by fostering a supportive space that nurtures spiritual growth, mental resilience, and life skills, equipping them to succeed and embrace God’s all-encompassing plan for their lives.
Our Story
The Experience was born in 2019, not out of perfection, but out of uncertainty, curiosity, and a deep desire to make a difference.
What began on Spreaker Studio Hub with trembling steps, low turnout, and moments of doubt slowly grew into a movement sustained by courage, consistency, and God’s hand.
But each small step strengthened her resolve to create a safe space where young people could grow, heal, and discover who God created them to be.
In February 2025, The Experience was rebirthed with a clearer vision:
to raise a holistic generation equipped emotionally, mentally, spiritually, socially, financially, and intellectually.
By August 2025, it officially became a faith-based NGO, registered as The Experience For Impact & Development Initiative, a significant milestone that marked the beginning of a new chapter
Since then, The Experience has remained committed to nurturing both the heart and mind through transformative sessions that build faith, character, excellence, clarity, and capacity.
From February to November 2025 alone, we successfully hosted impactful sessions with seasoned speakers across various fields, empowering our audience to embrace purpose, pursue growth, and build value-driven lives.

For Lilian Adeiwa, that moment birthed The Experience, a faith-based youth empowerment initiative transforming the lives of teenagers and young adults across emotional, mental, spiritual, social, and professional dimensions. What began as a simple step of obedience has grown into a movement igniting purpose in the next generation.
Lilian Adeiwa is the Founder of The Experience Initiative. She is a dynamic, purpose-driven professional whose journey cuts across Zoology, Customer Relations Product Management, and Medical Assistance. This diverse background shaped her rare blend of analytical thinking, strategic execution, and heartfelt empathy, allowing her to craft meaningful experiences and solve real human problems with clarity and compassion.

Lillian Adeiwa
Lilian Adeiwa is the Founder of The Experience Foundation and a Medical Assistant.
She is passionately known as an Advocate for Youth Holistic Growth, a Purpose-Driven Empowerment Mentor, and an Inspirational Speaker.
Somewhere along the way, she realized something simple but life-changing: God doesn’t give ideas as private possessions. They are invitations meant to be shared, acted on, and released.
That understanding birthed The Experience. Not from perfection, but from obedience. She simply said yes to creating spaces where young people could heal, discover purpose, and rise into all they were created to be.
Through mentorship, workshops, speaking sessions, and purpose-driven conversations, she work with young people to:
